The role
DiliTrust is becoming a cornerstone of the architecture of many of its customers. As a result, integrations with our platform are increasingly part of their day-to-day operations, and they need to be properly supported. At the same time, our engineering organization keeps growing, with more teams, more projects and more commitments to deliver. As Delivery Manager, reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will sit at the crossroads of our customers, Engineering and Product. Your role has two equally important sides: guiding strategic customers as they integrate DiliTrust into their ecosystem, and making sure our teams deliver what we commit to, on time. You will not manage the teams directly. You will be the person who brings clarity, structure and momentum, supporting the Head of Engineering and the Engineering Managers who lead our projects. This is a highly visible role with real impact: you will work with some of the largest companies in Europe and beyond, help a fast-growing SaaS engineering organization deliver on its commitments, and help turn DiliTrust into a true platform for its customers.
