Dr.Reddy's Cambridge office is seeking an expert Finance Associate to join their team. The role will report to Head of Finance, UK Responsibilities: • Invoices processing as per DOA • Review of employee expenses, processing & reimbursements. Employee credit cards. • Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable management • Bank transactions – payments (Domestic & multi-currency/international payments) • Monthly expenses accruals and expenses analysis and reporting • Preparing monthly expenses journal & Petty cash management • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns & Intrastat reports • Liaising with HMRC / Internal/External Auditors • Regular interaction with customers to have continuous focus on receivables • Liaising with internal colleagues across different functions within the organisation • Work as per standard operating procedures and financial standards • Prioritize and manage a multifaceted work stream
