We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) Process Engineer to develop, operate, and optimize wet-chemical thin-film deposition processes within a roll-to-roll (R2R) manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires strong expertise in chemistry, solution preparation, process control, wet deposition kinetics, and high-volume manufacturing techniques. The ideal candidate has experience with thin-film coating processes, chemical reaction control, and continuous-flow or R2R wet-processing equipment.
