ABOUT THE ROLE As Operations Manager at Easygenerator, you'll make our company run better every day. You'll shape operational strategy, lead key projects and find smarter ways to work. We're looking for a proactive professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the drive to roll up their sleeves and get things done. WHAT YOU'LL DO Operational planning and strategy - Develop and roll out operational policies and strategies that improve efficiency and support company goals. - Work with senior management to set clear operational targets and build practical plans to achieve them. - Track performance and report on progress, adjusting plans as the business grows. Project and process management - Lead operational projects from kickoff to completion, keeping them on schedule, on budget and aligned with company priorities. - Review existing processes and workflows to find inefficiencies and bottlenecks. - Design and implement improvements, then measure their impact. Risk management and compliance - Identify operational risks before they become problems and create contingency plans to manage them. - Ensure we comply with UAE regulations, industry standards and internal policies. - Keep company documentation, licenses and permits up to date. Travel and events - Plan and manage travel and accommodation for team members and executives, balancing comfort, efficiency and cost. - Run company events from start to finish: venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, logistics and on the day coordination. - Make sure every event supports our business goals and runs seamlessly. WHAT YOU BRING - Bachelor's degree. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration. - Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. - Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. BONUS POINTS - Experience working with UAE freezone authorities. - Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets. - Experience in a fast growing tech or SaaS company.
