Stockroom Optimization:  Maintain a highly organized, clean, and efficient stockroom layout that enables floor staff to locate sizes and styles instantly. Defect & RTV Processing:  Manage the Return-to-Vendor (RTV) process and log any damaged or defective items per corporate guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Partner with the Equinox Club Operations and general management teams to ensure retail initiatives align with overall club events and member traffic. Visual Merchandising & Floor Presentation Floor Set Execution:  Translate corporate visual merchandising directives into reality, adapting floor layouts to fit your specific club’s footprint. Aesthetic Maintenance:  Ensure the sales floor continuously meets Equinox's premium standards by steaming apparel, sizing product runs, and adjusting displays throughout the day. Product Rotation:  Partner with shop leadership to analyze weekly sales data, rotating slow-moving items and highlighting high-margin bestsellers. Mannequin & Window Styling:  Style mannequins and focal walls to tell compelling seasonal stories that resonate with high-end fitness members.
