Key Responsibilities Provide administration support to the sales team as required Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicable Setting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system. Preparing domestic and transactional quotations Administration support Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and services Support field and office-based team as required Actively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through calls, emails, etc. Support the implementations of company systems
