Manage freight receipt by coordinating the collection and receipt of cargo, liaising with warehouses, hauliers, and customers to ensure cargo is available for shipment as scheduled. Process shipments by generating export documentation, customs declarations, bills of lading, and other required paperwork while maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Monitor shipments throughout the transportation process, proactively tracking progress, resolving any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to customers, carriers, and overseas offices.
