Your Role Als Teil des B2C Retention Teams bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere B2C-Bestandskundinnen und Bestandskunden. Du begleitest sie bei der Verlängerung ihres aktuellen Abos oder der Buchung ihres Folgeabonnements und berätst sie individuell und zielgerichtet – von passenden Optionen über Fahrzeugwechsel bis hin zu unserem Treueprogramm.
