We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented intern to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will help expand and maintain our global network of economists and forecasting contributors. You will gain hands-on experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration within an international company. Important : You must be eligible to undertake an internship in Spain. Contributor Acquisition & Outreach Research and identify potential economists, analysts, and forecasting contributors who could join our forecasting network. Gather and maintain accurate contact information for potential contributors. Reach out to prospective contributors via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. Present our collaboration model and explain how our surveys and forecasting process work. Answer questions and address any concerns from prospective contributors. Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of progress, including successful contacts, rejections, and inactive leads. Contributor Onboarding & Database Management Support new contributors throughout the onboarding process. Send questionnaires and collect forecast submissions. Set up new contributors in Salesforce and other internal systems. Ensure contributor information remains accurate and up to date across all databases. Monitor onboarding progress and follow up when necessary. Contributor Support & Relationship Management Respond to contributor inquiries related to forecast submissions, contact updates, platform access, and general collaboration matters. Coordinate communication between contributors and internal teams, including Research, Data, and Production. Contact contributors regarding survey updates, data requests, methodological changes, and other announcements. Assist with forecast collection activities and follow-up communications. Monitor inactive contributors and help maintain engagement across the network. Support special communication initiatives and contributor engagement campaigns. Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, International Relations, Languages, or a related field. Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality highly valued. Knowledge of Economics or a related discipline is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (written and spoken). Interest in building relationships and comfortable speaking with new people daily. Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
