Te Tūranga – About the role As a Supply Chain Improvement Specialist, you'll drive operational excellence across our distribution and transport network. This is a fixed-term opportunity on a 18-month contract and a great opportunity to influence change, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver better outcomes across our network.
You’ll also
Identify improvement opportunities, optimising systems and processes, and delivering initiatives that enhance safety, service, efficiency, and cost performance
Act as the subject matter expert on the Warehouse Management System & Processes, and the interaction with other supply chain Systems ( eg. TMS, Time and Attendance etc)
Build strong relationships across the business, influencing stakeholders and driving successful change initiatives.

An in-depth knowledge and working experience with warehouse management systems including inventory management (Blue Yonder WMS is a plus!)
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges, interpret requirements from their perspective, and develop practical solutions.
Highly adaptable, resilient, and self-driven, with the ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
