Typical work schedule is 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday-Friday)   Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily activities of approximately 30-70 associates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Lead and mentor associates, promoting teamwork and growth in a dynamic environment. Champion safety and environmental initiatives to promote a secure workplace. Maintain a strong emphasis on quality and customer service excellence. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Assist in the successful launch of new products. Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental goals. Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
