HR Business Partner – Learning and Development

The HR Business Partner – Learning and Development position at FreedomPay in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a full time role. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner to support a growing technology organization while helping strengthen employee and manager capability through targeted learning and development initiatives. This role will partner closely with leaders on talent management, employee relations, performance, organizational effectiveness, engagement, workforce planning, and talent acquisition needs, while also coordinating training programs and administering Cornerstone. The ideal candidate brings experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or a similarly fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position based out of our headquarters in Philadelphia.
