We currently have a great opportunity for an Associate  Fertility Nurse Unit Manager to join our Heidelberg and East Melbourne team and will consider an experienced Fertility Nurse Coordinator  for this role.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a significant impact. We are looking for a strong leader who can head up this small team, someone who can drive engagement and continually develop a team who are eager to learn and grow.  You'll assist in the  clinical leadership of the nursing team  with enhancing patient care and strong engagement with doctors.  Key Responsibilities Associate Nursing Leadership (NUM) Assist in leading, mentoring, and supporting the nursing team, fostering clinical excellence and professional development. Provide hands-on clinical care and expert guidance in complex or escalated situations. Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and personalised patient care. Doctor & Stakeholder Engagement Provide compassionate, empathetic patient care, support and education, ensuring patients feel informed, respected and supported through their journey Build and maintain strong relationships with Fertility Specialists and visiting doctors Facilitate collaboration between departments, working together to tailor unique treatment plans for each patient Patient Experience & Quality Champion exceptional patient experiences at every touchpoint, ensuring care is personalised, efficient, and compassionate. Oversee quality assurance initiatives and compliance with clinical standards.
