You will play an important role in helping pets access timely care while being supported by a collaborative team of experienced veterinary professionals. About the Role: As part of the Greencross Client Services Team, you will: Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries Support Greencross clinics nationwide Manage website enquiries and customer service requests Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia. For Sydney-based team members, our North Ryde Support Office is available should you wish to work from the office. All equipment is provided. You will simply need a reliable internet connection, an ergonomic workstation, and a quiet workspace. Remuneration: $32.70 per hour  Available Positions: Part-Time Position 1pm - 6pm Monday to Friday  Full-Time Position 9:30am - 6pm Monday, 10am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday About You: We're looking for someone who: Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing Has a minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience Is clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure Is confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions Has experience using RxWorks Demonstrates excellent attention to detail Can follow detailed processes and procedures Works well independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team Has strong communication skills and genuinely enjoys helping pet owners Why Join Greencross Client Services?
