Our Petbarn category team are currently seeking a motivated Merchandise Assistant or Buyer’s Assistant to join our Dog and Cat Food Category. Reporting to the Assistant Category Manager this role will suit a driven and motivated merchandise assistant or buyers assistant looking to be part of a growing brand. About the role This is a highly administrative and analytical role, ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and eager to grow within specialty retail buying. You’ll work closely with the Category Manager and internal stakeholders to support product, range, reporting and supplier activity. What you’ll do Maintain product and range files, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates Support the preparation of brand presentations, sales reports and category performance analysis Assist with range review analysis and supplier promotional plans Provide administrative support to the Category team as required Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Stores, Supply Chain, Marketing and Space Planning What’s in it for you?
