We’re adding a EM/TL to our team to build and scale our FinTech core. You'll work closely with business operations and the product engineering team to deliver a backend services that just work. Projects may include automated ledger reconciliation systems, integration with AI/ML models, managing real time and batch data pipelines and optimizing our workflows with devops and developer experience products. This is a high growth opportunity with the opportunity to hone your leadership skills while managing significant scale and complexity. Our tech stack is GCP, Go, protobufs and MySQL. We have native mobile apps, an event-driven architecture on the backend and data infrastructure for streaming analytics and ML. Despite a complex domain and data model, most new hires get productive on our stack within a few days.
