Key Responsibilities Lead the Shift: Keep the crew motivated, organised and having fun, especially when things get busy. Coach & Support: Help crew members build their skills and confidence while working together to deliver great service. Drive Results: Help the team achieve key KPIs, including speed, service and sales targets. Keep Standards High: Lead by example and make sure food safety, cleanliness, product quality and GYG standards are always on point. Be a Team Player: Jump in wherever you're needed, support the team and help keep the shift running smoothly.   What You Bring Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality, café, restaurant or retail environment. High Energy: A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to stay calm and upbeat when things get busy. People Skills: You enjoy working with people, communicating clearly and helping others succeed. Culture Fit: A genuine passion for great food, teamwork and fast-paced fun.
