With a natural ability to put the customer first and adapt to their needs, you’ll help create a personalised and inspiring café atmosphere rooted in local culture and hospitality. You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpoint-from warmly greeting guests to attentively meeting their needs in a genuine and thoughtful way. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, consistently upholding our standards of excellence. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in promoting the café’s values, culture, and concept, while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café. Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is a plus-but not essential.
