This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear business requirements and successful project outcomes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business change, process improvement, and technology transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering business analysis activities within complex environments. Experience within the financial services sector is highly desirable, particularly in supporting regulatory, operational, risk, data, or technology change programmes. Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define solutions that meet business needs. Produce high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Maps, Gap Analyses, and Data Requirements. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and achieve agreement on project deliverables. Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction. Support the development of target operating models, business process redesign, and transformation initiatives. Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, test execution, defect management, and business sign-off. Conduct impact assessments, risk analysis, and change management activities where required. Support programme governance by providing updates, status reports, requirements traceability, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions align with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practice standards.
