Manage the intake and review of creative briefs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accurate assignment. Re-prioritise effectively when urgent requests arise, balancing business demands with creative team capacity. Allocate resources across projects, as well as ad hoc requests. Maintain clear visibility of team workloads, proactively balancing priorities to maximise efficiency. Partner with the Lead to support forecasting and resourcing strategies. Keep Workfront up to date by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring production commences on agreed dates. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on capacity, timelines, and potential risks.
