Hercules is hiring AI-native growth hackers. Your job is to help us grow from 100k users and $XXM of revenue to 100M users and $100M+ revenue as quickly as possible. You will have an unlimited AI budget. We are looking for true AI power users. Not people who use ChatGPT to be 10 to 20% more productive. We want people who can use AI plus code to 100x themselves and do things that were not possible two years ago. If you are a growth hacker at the cutting edge of AI, with a voracious appetite for experimentation, and you want the budget to scale your best playbook, this role is for you. What you will do - Pick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.) - Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale - Run tight feedback loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat - Automate whatever is working so we can scale What skills you need need - Exceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA). - Strong communication. - Ability to code (TypeScript-first). - Track record running successful, large-scale growth strategies How we operate - Urgency: ship fast, iterate, correct quickly. - Excellence: have taste, get the details right, make outputs simple and self-serve. - Hunger: work hard, do what it takes, be politely relentless.
