ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Email Marketer to own email as a channel across our B2C and B2B audiences. You'll build lifecycle campaigns in Customer.io http://Customer.io, run outbound programs in Smartlead, and be responsible for everything from copy and design to deliverability and conversion metrics. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, executes fast, and knows how to get a campaign from idea to inbox. WHAT YOU'LL DO BUILD AND LAUNCH CAMPAIGNS - Plan, build, and launch email campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences: lifecycle, promotional, and outbound. - Design emails end to end, from layout to final build, working closely with designers and engineers to ship quickly. WRITE COPY THAT CONVERTS - Write exceptional copy: subject lines, body text, and CTAs that follow email best practices and read like polished business communication. OWN DELIVERABILITY - Own sender reputation end to end: domain warm-up, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, and sending best practices. SEGMENT, MEASURE, ITERATE - Segment audiences and personalize campaigns using product and CRM data. - Track opens, clicks, replies, and conversions; run A/B tests and turn results into better campaigns. YOUR MUST HAVES - 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (B2C, B2B, or both). - Exceptional written English with a strong command of business communication style. - Working knowledge of Smartlead and Customer.io http://Customer.io, or closely comparable tools. - Solid understanding of email sending rules, domain reputation, and deliverability. - Comfort with data: campaign metrics, conversion tracking, and experimentation. - An eye for email design and the ability to work with designers and engineers to get things done. - Fast execution: you ship, iterate, and don't wait for perfect. NICE TO HAVES - Experience in SaaS, AI, or creative tools. - Basic HTML/CSS for email. - Familiarity with cold outbound and B2B sales workflows.
