What You’ll Do: As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a company vehicle, delivering 200 - 350 packages per day. After loading up, you'll use a company mobile device to check in, navigate, and complete your deliveries. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more.  Delivery Associate Responsibilities: Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages for your route Safely operate your delivery vehicle while following traffic laws  at all times Use company technology throughout your day: loading/unloading/delivering, customer information, communication (with customers, Hive team, support desk) GPS, routing, etc. Navigate a variety of routes and work in varying weather conditions throughout delivery area. Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner; We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. Maintain company fleet with pre/post trip inspections and keeping them organized and clean; Report any issues or problems to management  immediately
