Connect with your hiring manager: Ghiffary Thalib, Infrastructure Monitoring https://www.linkedin.com/in/ghiffary/ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY - Watching over one of the largest hosting infrastructures out there - physical and virtual servers, data-center-level networking, and everything in between - and reacting fast when something looks off; - Owning incidents end to end: response, resolution, clear communication, and post-mortems that actually prevent the next one; - Building and tuning alerting with Prometheus and Alertmanager, so the signal cuts through the noise; - Working hands-on with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform to automate and harden the infrastructure you manage; - Handover with our Infrastructure Monitoring team in Kaunas and Vilnius, so coverage never has gaps. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED - You have a solid Linux system administration experience with managing physical and virtual servers; - You have an experience with incident management: response, resolution, communication, and post-mortems; - You are comfortable troubleshooting data-center-level networking; - You are proficient with Prometheus and Alertmanager for metrics and alerting; - You have excellent written communication on complex technical topics; - You actively ask questions and give and absorb feedback constructively; - You write things down - the next person on shift depends on it.
