Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst position at Hot Topic & BoxLunch in Hot Topic HQ - City of Industry, California is a full-time role. Does a fresh Excel spreadsheet hold endless possibilities for you? If so, this role may just be the prefect fit! We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis across different areas of the business. You’ll work closely with the FP&A team, Accounting, and business partners to understand financial results, identify key trends, and support business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, wants to learn the business, and is interested in finding better and more efficient ways to work. This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA three days a week.
