About the role We are hiring a QA Manager to champion quality across Huckleberry’s product suite and ensure we deliver smooth, reliable, and delightful experiences to the families who rely on us. This role is central to our mission of taking care of every family; When our app works seamlessly, parents can focus on what matters most! As our QA Manager, you’ll lead a globally distributed team of 12 QA engineers spanning manual and automation, reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll own the QA function end to end — strategy, staffing, standards, and effectiveness — and you’ll own the call on release readiness as the final quality voice on what ships and when. This is a role for someone who builds quality in from the start.
