In this role, you will support clients in addressing business challenges and contributing to transformation initiatives through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the achievement of client-agreed objectives. Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile – Scrum, Kanban – and Waterfall) according to project and organizational needs. Plan and coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with financial and scheduling constraints. Gather, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define effective solutions. Identify and manage project risks, monitoring critical issues and implementing mitigation actions. Support the identification and implementation of technological solutions, contributing to the definition of the most effective strategies for clients. Categoria Protetta L. 68 2–6 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles. Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, from requirements analysis to delivery and monitoring. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall. Experience or exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project or similar). Ability to gather and analyze business and functional requirements and contribute to solution definition. Understanding business processes and interest in digital, data-driven, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders, with a level of autonomy aligned with experience. Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (B2/C1).
