What you’ll do Strategic Advisory & Client Engagement Lead solution design workshops with banking clients, independently managing key design aspects Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry associations Manage client relationships through regular touchpoints (virtual and on-site meetings) Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to enhance and support Kyriba's banking channel through practical insights Implementation & Technical Delivery Configure and test Kyriba solutions across multiple modules in client environments Provide expert guidance during user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and production support Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones using dashboards and project management tools Design and implement workflows for various functional and technical modules Work with clients on connectivity solutions including SAP, Oracle, host-to-host, APIs, and ERP integrations Knowledge Transfer & Enablement Design and deliver customized training programs focused on banking channel functionality Create tailored training agendas based on client needs and use cases Develop and maintain documentation and enablement materials for internal teams and external partners Obtain and maintain Kyriba certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications.
