Ensure compliance by outsourced companies with applicable regulations Being able to handle and carry out emergency situations in order to eliminate or minimize the consequences and possible losses and damages to the store. Take active part in budget preparations for contracts regarding outsourced services. Monitor and supervise the technicians, outsourced service companies, cooperate with other department to meet and exceed targets. Responsible to coach, support and challenge team members, to help them to grow together. Ensure that all reports from technicians, outsourced companies are executed and sent in appropriate manner and according to agreed timeframes and the information provided is correct.
