Au sein du périmètre Région Sud de Mondial Relay, incluant les agences suivantes : Montpellier, Saint-Jean-de-Védas, Avignon et Béziers. Vous avez pour missions :  L'accompagnement de terrain au déploiement des projets en interne (exemple : livraison à domicile, carrier rémunération, ouverture d'agence...). La résolution de problèmes complexes en agence. La formation et la sensibilisation des opérationnels aux méthodes et outils Lean et accompagnement au déploiement sur le terrain.   La définition et le déploiement des standards Lean Mondial Relay.
