Build the planning arm of the company and manage work winning activities Create, update and manage baseline and detailed schedules Analyse schedule performance and identify risks or delays Leverage Primavera P6 to forecast timelines, track and manage blue-collar workforce performance Collaborate with project managers, construction supervisors, and trades to ensure alignment and efficient execution Implement and monitor project control processes to maintain programme integrity Report on progress, variances and recovery plans to senior stakeholders Plan projects end-to-end, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and scheduling for international assignments Prepare compelling proposals for exciting global ventures Independently execute assigned work packages in planning, work preparation, material management, scheduling, qualification, and installation coordination Technical education in mechanical or plant engineering or related fields Proven experience in schedule analysis, project control and project management Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Fluent in English, min.
