Senior Estimator PCD

The Senior Estimator PCD position at IOTA GROUP in Al Jubail, sa is a full-time role. MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS The service holder is responsible for preparing and validating cost estimates primarily related to Change Orders for ongoing EPC projects. ACTIVITIES Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates for Change Orders . Review and validate contractor cost proposals , including quantities, labor, materials, equipment, productivity, and indirect costs. Verify MTOs, unit rates, and supporting cost build-ups . Benchmark contractor rates against historical data, contracts, and market information. Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Contracts, Planning, and Cost Control to confirm scope and cost impacts. &xa0;
