As a Senior Installation Engineer , you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Installation & Construction (I&C) engineering activities across offshore and subsea projects, ensuring technical compliance, operational readiness, and efficient execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate Installation & Construction engineering activities across project packages, tenders, and engineering studies. Act as the key technical interface between engineering teams, project management, clients, and offshore operations. Review the installability of subsea equipment, tooling, and products , including third-party solutions. Coordinate engineering activities related to Umbilical Installation, Flexible Lay, and Lifting Operations . Manage engineering deliverables, technical documentation, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct constructability reviews, risk assessments, and operational readiness reviews . Participate in Design Reviews and HAZID workshops , ensuring installation requirements are addressed during project development. Identify, assess, and mitigate installation risks while managing technical changes. Support offshore operations, including vessel mobilisation and offshore installation campaigns . Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to develop technical specifications and evaluate installation equipment. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards. Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, innovative installation methodologies, and industry best practices.
