The Associate IT Business Analyst will partner with business owners to identify business system opportunities and support existing applications.  Opportunity to work and collaborate with business and technical teams on multiple technologies.  Candidates are recognized as emerging subject matter experts.  They must be comfortable in a high-paced, team environment with the ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization and make challenging decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish strong business partner relationships with Sales & Customer Finance functional areas. Work with IT BRM Sales to understand new business requirements and provide recommendations. Provide functional support related to Sales related technology (SAP, Salesforce, others) implementations, projects, enhancements, and day-to-day support. Begin to scope and plan Sales related IT projects that improve business processes. Deliver projects within budget and on time within the specified scope defined by the Statement of Work. Define functional and technical specifications as required. Support sales-related AI projects, including training and adjusting AI models. Perform system configuration in sales-related technologies (SAP, Salesforce, others). Create and complete testing scenarios in specified business area. Perform other duties as assigned.
