Join us as R&D Coffee Academy Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht , starting in March 2027 . In this internship, you will support the Coffee Academy, which is an on-site training program for associates to spread our passion for and knowledge about coffee, and help us to improve the coffee academy  Your key activities will be:  Help with the planning & organization of trainings and events  Upgrading and improving the Coffee Academy with your creative ideas  Maintaining and nurturing our digital knowledge hub  Developing an engaging remote concept for the Coffee Academy  Crafting exciting workshops to spread our passion for coffee among stakeholders  Supported by a commendable 4.5 Glassdoor rating and 94% intern recommendation score, we pledge to provide you with a unique learning journey as part of our Coffee Mastery team, where you'll gain valuable insights into the world of coffee.
