Follow up policies and procedures to comply with the requirements Full analysis of offers, pre-shipment samples, shipment samples, and arrivals (Commercial to Specialty) Prepare and dispatch samples to customers Maintain accurate records of all coffees received and assessed in the system Prepare cupping sessions following SCA protocols Conduct physical analysis, measurements and recordings of coffee attributes, including screen size and moisture content Cupping to ensure the quality requirements are within specifications and authorise the product's release Keep cupping areas, dishwashing facilities, and sample rooms clean and organized;
