Ready to step into leadership? We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and confident Deputy Manager to join our Breakfast & After School Club team. Working alongside the Club Manager, you'll help lead the team and ensure children enjoy a safe, fun and engaging environment before and after school. ⭐ What You'll Be Doing Support the day-to-day running of the club Lead and support the Playworker team Take responsibility for the club in the Manager's absence Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities Supervise children and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment Follow safeguarding, health & safety and company procedures Manage sign-in/out processes and relevant documentation Communicate professionally with parents, school staff and colleagues 💛 What We're Looking For You'll be: ✔️ Passionate about working with children ✔️ Caring, enthusiastic and reliable ✔️ Confident supporting and leading a team ✔️ Organised, proactive and responsible ✔️ Committed to safeguarding and children's wellbeing Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
