We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Padbury area , creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring previous OSHC experience along with demonstrated leadership experience, whether that’s as a Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Responsible Person or in another senior OSHC position. You’ll be confident supporting a team, overseeing the day-to-day running of a service and building strong relationships with children, families and the school community. This is a permanent part-time role offering 31 hours per week , including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time . You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs: Rise then Shine: 7:00am – 9:00am Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm As Coordinator, you’ll lead and support a team of Educators, help create engaging experiences for children and ensure the service runs smoothly each day. About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:  You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.  You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.  With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
