Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the Website Business Owner to define and evangelize a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for our decoupled frontend applications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial targets. Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own, manage, and meticulously prioritize the product backlog for all frontend development. Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, focusing on features that consume APIs from our headless ecosystem (Storyblok, PIM, Salesforce, etc.). API Contract Definition: Act as a key stakeholder in the API design process. Work closely with the E2E IT Architect and backend teams to define, refine, and document the API contracts (RESTful/GraphQL) required to deliver flawless frontend functionality and data integration. Vendor & Partner Steering: Lead and direct external frontend development teams (L2/L3/Dev). Provide unambiguous requirements, conduct regular sprint planning and review sessions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, tested, and maintainable code. User Experience & Performance: Champion a user-centric and performance-first culture. Utilize analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to make data-driven decisions. Define and monitor Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics to ensure an exceptional user experience across all devices and regions. Technology & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of frontend and headless technologies (JAMstack, SSG, SSR, Edge Computing). Proactively identify and advocate for new tools and methodologies that can drive innovation, improve developer experience, and enhance our digital presence.
