The SEM Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing paid search programs for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role is responsible for managing campaign performance, budgets, and optimization initiatives across multiple accounts while working closely with Media Planning and Analytics partners. The position requires strong hands-on experience in paid search platforms and a data-driven approach to performance improvement. The SEM Specialist contributes to both day-to-day execution and client-ready insights that inform strategic decisions. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising across assigned brand portfolios Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to support investment decisions for internal teams and client partners Analyze search performance using Excel and platforms reporting to identify risks, opportunities, and next steps Optimize within Search Ads 360 and evaluate tracking, QA, and measurement needs with cross-functional partners Prepare performance insights and operational updates for Media Planning, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders
