Perform hands-on full-stack development, architecture reviews, and peer code reviews. Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and/or Next.js. Understand customer and business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. Independently own engineering work from solution design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production validation. Critically review AI-generated architecture and code, identify incorrect assumptions or implementation risks, and validate the output before adoption. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build processes, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure when required. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including daily standups, demos, retrospectives, estimation, and planning. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when needed. Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
