Job Description

Perform all testing activities to improve product quality: test estimation, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test status reporting. Test web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API features using suitable test techniques. Apply AI tools and agents in daily testing work, from requirement analysis and test design to bug reporting, to increase speed and coverage. Explore new ways to apply AI in the team’s QA workflow. Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary QA/test recommendations. Work closely with fellow QA engineers to align on test approach, share knowledge, and support each other across features. Show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness. Participate in initiatives supporting product growth, such as competitor research and customer troubleshooting. Follow company policies on data security and confidentiality.
