We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Jabodetabek. This role will serve as the face of Lamudi across multiple cities for top and local clients, including real estate agencies and property agents. You will build strong partnerships, identify client needs, and deliver the right solutions — creating a strong commitment to sales performance while maintaining a "can do" attitude, seeking solutions to problems, and continuously improving. Management at Lamudi does not manage from high above — we are builders who don't mind rolling up our sleeves to overcome challenges together with the team. As a Business Development Associate you will build good partnerships with clients, identify client’s needs and exercising best solutions that work for the client. You will create a strong commitment to drive our sales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seek solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously.
