Reports to: Director of Team Resourcing Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Objective: The Benefits and HRIS Specialist provides an excellent employee experience for our staff by ensuring accuracy and urgency are used when taking care of our employee onboarding and ongoing needs and requests. This person will be responsible for the accurate, timely processing, and the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs and preparing payroll for the 300-person multi-location team. This role includes ensuring that benefits are enrolled and maintained accurately, and all payroll and benefits practices comply with applicable laws and church guidelines. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy, and care, as it directly affects the financial wellbeing of every staff member.
