The Critical Systems Administrator – BMS/BAS & Video Management is the technical owner for the company’s building management, building automation, and video-management systems, including security camera infrastructure, across all data center locations. This hands-on role provides first-line and advanced support, systems administration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management for these systems. The position is responsible for resolving incidents and requests, maintaining reliable and secure platforms, and improving the standards, documentation, monitoring, workflows, and automation that support them. A primary objective of the role is to consolidate fragmented systems and processes, reduce recurring incidents and manual work, and establish a more consistent and supportable operating model across all locations.
