Job Description

Manage all maintenance and reliability activities within Lampung Plant to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and asset performance. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, reliability improvement initiatives, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement programs. Lead automation and digitalization initiatives, including PLC, SCADA, DCS, and Industrial IoT applications, to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability. Identify and implement automation and robotic solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual intervention, and support Industry 4.0 initiatives. Manage maintenance budgets, CAPEX projects, contractors, and spare parts to achieve operational and financial targets. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and corporate standards while fostering a strong safety and reliability culture. Develop maintenance team capabilities through coaching, training, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth.
