Run a continuous experience experimentation calendar across information architecture, layout, recommendations, and onboarding. Maintain a test backlog with hypothesis, design, result, and decision. Commercial Product Development (Pharma Brand Engagement) Own the roadmap for MDLinx commercial engagement products. Partner with Sales to translate pharma client needs into product features that serve the physician audience and drive commercial revenue. Go-to-Market & Product Launch Lead product release and go-to-market launch activities: define launch strategy, messaging, success metrics, and accountability across functions for effective product adoption. Track post-launch adoption and engagement metrics; drive rapid iteration based on real-world performance. Cross-Functional Partnership Facilitate strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services to drive product development from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance.
