The Head of Marketing will own marketing activity across both sides of DNUK's business: growing and engaging the doctor (HCP) member community, and driving commercial value through pharmaceutical client and partnership marketing. This role blends member/platform growth marketing with B2B demand generation and account-based marketing, and will work closely with Product, Development, Content/Editorial, Sales and senior leadership — including the Platform and Synergy Group — to ensure a cohesive, high-impact approach across all channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Member Platform Marketing (HCP Acquisition, Engagement & Retention) Own all marketing activity for DNUK's HCP platforms, driving doctor acquisition, engagement and retention. Develop and execute campaigns that grow registered HCP membership and deepen engagement, community participation and trust among members. Partner with Product, Development and Content/Editorial teams to align marketing strategy with platform development, technical implementation and editorial planning. Use A/B testing, personalisation and user-journey optimisation to continually improve member acquisition and retention. Client & Commercial (B2B) Marketing Drive commercial value from pharmaceutical clients and emerging partnership revenue streams through targeted marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) approaches. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with revenue goals, pipeline growth and sales enablement for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, as well as for advertising agency clients. Develop targeted messaging and content journeys for pharmaceutical/healthcare clients. Support the development of new partnership and revenue opportunities arising from DNUK's platform audience and data. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with DNUK's growth objectives and the wider M3 Group strategy. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define go-to-market strategy and growth opportunities across both member and commercial audiences. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, manage marketing budget allocation, and demonstrate ROI to internal stakeholders, including C-suite audiences. Brand & Content Lead brand strategy, messaging and positioning across all channels, for both HCP members and commercial clients. Oversee content strategy and development, including thought-leadership content, case studies and multimedia assets, in collaboration with the Editorial team. Lead corporate communications activity and manage public relations. Digital Marketing & Analytics Oversee multi-channel digital marketing including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid media and partnerships. Use analytics, attribution and ROI measurement to track performance, optimise campaigns and inform decision-making. Manage the CRM and marketing technology stack, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in the handling of member and client data. Events, Conferences & Webinars Develop an integrated events and webinar strategy aligned with both member engagement and client demand generation goals. Evaluate event and webinar performance and return on investment, optimising future strategy and investment. Team Leadership Lead, manage and develop a high-performing, specialist marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. Manage agency relationships and external vendors, ensuring compliance with the Company's Anti-Bribery Policy in relation to any gifts, hospitality or client entertainment.
