As our WHS Manager, you will lead the delivery of proactive safety, wellbeing, and injury management initiatives that support a safe, compliant, and high-performing workforce across our network. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHS frameworks, policies, and programs across multiple sites Provide expert advice on workplace safety, risk management, incident investigations, and legislative compliance Drive safety culture through coaching, capability-building, consultation, and stakeholder engagement Analyse WHS data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks and inform strategic improvements Partner with leaders to support injury management, return-to-work outcomes, staff wellbeing, and psychological safety initiatives
