Support people to remain comfortable at home when they need it most. Marie Curie is expanding its overnight community service across West Cornwall and we're looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. As an Overnight Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide one-to-one care and support for people living with a terminal illness in their own homes, helping them remain comfortable, safe and dignified throughout the night. Working independently with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll make a real difference to patients and families during some of life's most challenging moments. About the Role Role: End of Life Care Healthcare Assistant (Band 2) Hours: 10:00pm to 7:00am night shifts Contract: Permanent, part-time (18, 27 or 36 hours available) Salary: OIRO £35,633.52 per annum pro rata (based on AFC Band 2 base salary £25,272 per annum plus enhancements for weekday and Saturday night working) plus additional enhancements for Sundays & Public Holidays  Bonus: You will receive a signing-on bonus of £750 payable upon completion of 6 months service. Location: West Cornwall Working Area: You'll work within approximately 25 miles of your home address, supporting patients within your local community.
